Interpretation for CT Scans:
- CT Scan must be in a "Multiply Dicom (.dcm)" format CD when forwarded (Raw Dicom Files Only)
- Remove or un-click any viewing program attached when burning the "Dicom" CD
- Turn around time is about 4-6 weeks
- ****Currently we are experiencing high volume of interpretation requests. We will no longer provide any Verbal Interpretation request. Sorry if it has cost any inconvenience and thank you very much for your understanding!***
- All completed scans are non-refundable. Once scans completed, invoice will be issued. If there is any concern, please check quote before referring. Please feel free to contact us before sending referrals. Scans will be proceed automatically if "Quote before proceeding" is not being check off.
Interpretation for X-Rays:
- X-ray in films (PA or Pan) - Please forward the original (no duplicate)
- X-ray in digital (PA or Pan) - Per the by law of BC Dental College, please do not email x-rays
- Image must be in Jpeg or Png Format
- Include copy of Interpretation Only Referral form (2nd option to download from Referral form Section)
- Do not send Digital X-Ray in regular paper prints
